Users on our server have reported that when using Outlook 2016, they have experienced issues with duplicate and deleted emails.
Microsoft has acknowledged a bug in earlier versions of their software, and have posted a support page on their site to address the issue. The fix involves updating Outlook to a more recent version, which you should proceed to do immediately.
