ANNOUNCEMENT:
As of today, we are no longer using the outdated Spam Assassin program.  We have installed ASSP on the server, and it should blanket protect the entire server from most spam.  This new firewall features many options for whitelisting and blacklisting domains and/or unique senders.  If you experience any problems with not receiving any e-mails, please submit a support ticket at http://www.ethreemedia.net/ticket

FALSE SPAM
If you receive e-mail tagged as [SPAM] by the server, and it is not spam, we want you to report it to us so we can mark the sender as safe.  These are defined as "False Spam" messages.  We have set up a special e-mail address to handle this problem, which should decrease over time as more senders are added to the database.  Forward all e-mails fitting this description to:  notspam@ethreemedia.net, and we will process them within 48 hours.

Thank you for your cooperation in this process.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to open a support ticket.
